TOR4A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOR4A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,529 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOR4A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PYCR2, AMPD3, and TOR4A_S63. Each is linked with TOR4A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOR4A-to-partner and partner-to-TOR4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOR4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOR4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
