Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOR4A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,234 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TOR4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are SELPLG, RAC2, and SNX20. Each is linked with TOR4A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOR4A-to-partner and partner-to-TOR4A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOR4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOR4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
