Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOR4A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,191 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOR4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-40P, RNA5SP293, and VN1R92P. Each is linked with TOR4A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOR4A-to-partner and partner-to-TOR4A results are reported.
