Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TOR2A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TOR2A data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher TOR2A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TOR2A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA and LUSC are the cancer types where TOR2A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
