TOR2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOR2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,833 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOR2A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C9orf78, ANP32B, and SSNA1. Each is linked with TOR2A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOR2A-to-partner and partner-to-TOR2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TOR2A versus C9orf78 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOR2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOR2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
