Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOR2A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,690 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TOR2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are TOR1B, CXCR1, and COQ4. Each is linked with TOR2A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOR2A-to-partner and partner-to-TOR2A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TOR2A versus TOR1B in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOR2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOR2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
