Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOR2A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 473 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOR2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL7P29, NUP35P1, and RNA5SP492. Each is linked with TOR2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOR2A-to-partner and partner-to-TOR2A results are reported.
