Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOR2A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TOR2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, JNK2, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with TOR2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOR2A-to-partner and partner-to-TOR2A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by TOR2A-low versus TOR2A-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOR2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOR2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
