Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TOR2A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TOR2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMHB1, KRTAP11-1, and KRTAP19-8. Each is linked with TOR2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOR2A-to-partner and partner-to-TOR2A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HMHB1 grouped by TOR2A-low versus TOR2A-high in SKIN.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOR2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOR2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
