TOR1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOR1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,122 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOR1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRRC2B, TOR1B, and ECPAS. Each is linked with TOR1A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOR1A-to-partner and partner-to-TOR1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TOR1A versus PRRC2B in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOR1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOR1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
