TOR1A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOR1A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,949 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOR1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are SETX, DDX31, and ARPC5L. Each is linked with TOR1A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOR1A-to-partner and partner-to-TOR1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TOR1A versus SETX in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOR1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOR1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
