TOR1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOR1A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOR1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, Bak, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with TOR1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOR1A-to-partner and partner-to-TOR1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by TOR1A-low versus TOR1A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOR1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOR1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
