TOPBP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOPBP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 27,853 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOPBP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRM2, ATAD2, and SPC24. Each is linked with TOPBP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOPBP1-to-partner and partner-to-TOPBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TOPBP1 versus RRM2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOPBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOPBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
