Across TCGA cell cohorts, TOPBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,943 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOPBP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic sister chromatid cohesion, Negative regulation of cell cycle process, and Epigenetic regulation of gene expression. Each is linked with TOPBP1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOPBP1-to-partner and partner-to-TOPBP1 results are reported.
