TOPAZ1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TOPAZ1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 209 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOPAZ1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ALKAL1, SNTG2, and SH3GL2. Each is linked with TOPAZ1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOPAZ1-to-partner and partner-to-TOPAZ1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ALKAL1 grouped by TOPAZ1-low versus TOPAZ1-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOPAZ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOPAZ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
