TOP3B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TOP3B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOP3B-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSTT4, SPEM2, and BANF2. Each is linked with TOP3B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOP3B-to-partner and partner-to-TOP3B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GSTT4 grouped by TOP3B-low versus TOP3B-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOP3B→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOP3B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
