TOP1MT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOP1MT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,902 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOP1MT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BOP1, PUS7, and SCRIB. Each is linked with TOP1MT in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOP1MT-to-partner and partner-to-TOP1MT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOP1MT→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOP1MT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
