Across TCGA cell cohorts, TOP1MT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,557 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOP1MT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA topological change, Ribosome assembly, and IMP biosynthetic process. Each is linked with TOP1MT in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOP1MT-to-partner and partner-to-TOP1MT results are reported.
