TOP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,100 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS15AP9, MIR4797, and GTF2F2P2. Each is linked with TOP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOP1-to-partner and partner-to-TOP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
