TOMM40

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOMM40 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 112 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOMM40-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR920, NXPE2P1, and MIR4646. Each is linked with TOMM40 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOMM40-to-partner and partner-to-TOMM40 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR920 grouped by TOMM40-low versus TOMM40-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOMM40→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOMM40) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
