TOMM22

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOMM22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,890 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOMM22-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ATXN10, RANGAP1, and NUP50. Each is linked with TOMM22 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOMM22-to-partner and partner-to-TOMM22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TOMM22 versus ATXN10 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOMM22→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOMM22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
