Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOMM22 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,914 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TOMM22-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXCL12, STARD8, and MYO1F. Each is linked with TOMM22 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOMM22-to-partner and partner-to-TOMM22 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TOMM22 versus CXCL12 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOMM22→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOMM22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
