TOMM22

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOMM22 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,990 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOMM22-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TOMM40, VDAC2, and SAMM50. Each is linked with TOMM22 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOMM22-to-partner and partner-to-TOMM22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TOMM22 versus TOMM40 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOMM22→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOMM22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
