TOMM20

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOMM20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,348 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOMM20-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBAP2L, BTK, and C1orf35. Each is linked with TOMM20 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOMM20-to-partner and partner-to-TOMM20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TOMM20 versus UBAP2L in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOMM20→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOMM20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
