TOMM20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOMM20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 72 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOMM20-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-662P, RNU6-794P, and OR10G2. Each is linked with TOMM20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOMM20-to-partner and partner-to-TOMM20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-662P grouped by TOMM20-low versus TOMM20-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOMM20→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOMM20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
