Across TCGA cell cohorts, TOMM20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,130 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOMM20-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear pore complex assembly, Establishment of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum membrane, and Response to 3,3',5-triiodo-L-thyronine. Each is linked with TOMM20 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOMM20-to-partner and partner-to-TOMM20 results are reported.
