TOM1L2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOM1L2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,735 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOM1L2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TPPP, UCK2, and CNRIP1. Each is linked with TOM1L2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOM1L2-to-partner and partner-to-TOM1L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TOM1L2 versus TPPP in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOM1L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOM1L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
