TOM1L2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOM1L2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,368 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOM1L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FANCA, NCAPH, and HROB. Each is linked with TOM1L2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOM1L2-to-partner and partner-to-TOM1L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TOM1L2 versus FANCA in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOM1L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOM1L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
