TOM1L2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOM1L2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOM1L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, INPP4B, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with TOM1L2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOM1L2-to-partner and partner-to-TOM1L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by TOM1L2-low versus TOM1L2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOM1L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOM1L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
