Across TCGA cell cohorts, TOM1L2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,741 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOM1L2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of organelle assembly, Retrograde transport, endosome to Golgi, and Vacuole organization. Each is linked with TOM1L2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOM1L2-to-partner and partner-to-TOM1L2 results are reported.
