TOM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,430 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TOM1_S376, NNMT, and TOM1_S160. Each is linked with TOM1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOM1-to-partner and partner-to-TOM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TOM1 versus TOM1_S376 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
