Across TCGA cell cohorts, TOM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,928 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOM1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of endosome organization, Macroautophagy, and Regulation of vacuole organization. Each is linked with TOM1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOM1-to-partner and partner-to-TOM1 results are reported.
