TOLLIP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOLLIP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,059 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOLLIP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDAH1, TRIM2, and NAP1L4. Each is linked with TOLLIP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOLLIP-to-partner and partner-to-TOLLIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TOLLIP versus DDAH1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOLLIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOLLIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
