Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TOE1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TOE1 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher TOE1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TOE1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
KIRC, UCEC, and PRAD are the cancer types where TOE1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
