Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TOE1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TOE1 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher TOE1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TOE1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PDAC and LSCC show a favorable association.

OV, PDAC, and LSCC are the cancer types where TOE1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
