Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TNS3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TNS3 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher TNS3 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TNS3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and STAD show a favorable association.
UCEC, BRCA, and ACC are the cancer types where TNS3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
