TNS3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNS3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,911 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNS3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEPTIN8, TNS3_S1154, and TNS3_S776. Each is linked with TNS3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNS3-to-partner and partner-to-TNS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNS3 versus SEPTIN8 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
