TNS3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNS3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,647 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLA1A, CD40, and CTSZ. Each is linked with TNS3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNS3-to-partner and partner-to-TNS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNS3 versus PLA1A in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
