Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNS3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 83 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TNS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PKC-b-II_pS660, 4E-BP1, and ATM. Each is linked with TNS3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNS3-to-partner and partner-to-TNS3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PKC-b-II_pS660 grouped by TNS3-low versus TNS3-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
