TNS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,026 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EIF4G1, TNS2_S102, and RPL5. Each is linked with TNS2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNS2-to-partner and partner-to-TNS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNS2 versus EIF4G1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
