Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,710 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TNS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MGP, FHL5, and C7. Each is linked with TNS2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNS2-to-partner and partner-to-TNS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNS2 versus MGP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
