TNS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,884 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP14, CSTF2, and SETD6. Each is linked with TNS2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNS2-to-partner and partner-to-TNS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USP14 grouped by TNS2-low versus TNS2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
