Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,548 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TNS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LMOD1, MSRB3, and PRKG1. Each is linked with TNS1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNS1-to-partner and partner-to-TNS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNS1 versus LMOD1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
