TNRC6C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TNRC6C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 396 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNRC6C-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP5-4, TSPAN31, and FAM205A. Each is linked with TNRC6C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNRC6C-to-partner and partner-to-TNRC6C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP5-4 grouped by TNRC6C-low versus TNRC6C-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNRC6C→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNRC6C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
