TNRC6A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNRC6A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,661 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNRC6A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSTF2, BCAS2, and NDUFAF1. Each is linked with TNRC6A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNRC6A-to-partner and partner-to-TNRC6A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CSTF2 grouped by TNRC6A-low versus TNRC6A-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNRC6A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNRC6A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
