Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TNRC18 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TNRC18 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher TNRC18 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TNRC18 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and STAD show a favorable association.
UCEC, HNSC, and LIHC are the cancer types where TNRC18 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
