TNRC18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TNRC18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,105 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNRC18-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERAC1, TTC21B, and SEMA4F. Each is linked with TNRC18 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNRC18-to-partner and partner-to-TNRC18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SERAC1 grouped by TNRC18-low versus TNRC18-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNRC18→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNRC18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
