Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,511 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TNR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPTAN1, CARMIL2_S1381, and CAVIN2. Each is linked with TNR in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNR-to-partner and partner-to-TNR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNR versus SPTAN1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNR→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
