Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,225 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TNR-associated genes across cancer lineages are CPE, BRI3BP, and PRC1. Each is linked with TNR in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNR-to-partner and partner-to-TNR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CPE grouped by TNR-low versus TNR-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNR→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
