TNR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TNR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,925 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNR-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR9A4, SNTG2, and C3orf62. Each is linked with TNR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNR-to-partner and partner-to-TNR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR9A4 grouped by TNR-low versus TNR-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNR→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
